Quite possibly the best experience buying a car that one could have. Everyone that I spoke with at the dealership was polite and professional, the price of the car was right along with the trade-in offer, the car was freshly detailed on pick up, right down to making sure there were no water spots. Truly a great operation from start to finish. I drove 3.5 hours one way to buy a car here, and it was VERY worthwhile.

Great service. Appreciate the video of the vehicle review. The only wrinkle in the process was the 2 hour plus wait for a scheduled oil change felt a little long. Everything else was great though.
Service department were very friendly and found the problem that was wrong with our truck. And fixed it in a timely manner. We will definitely go back

I feel comfortable having DeFouw Chevrolet do the maintenance on my 2023 Covette HTC. This is the second Corvette I have purchased and DeFouw has always been my service provider. My only complaint is the time it takes to get an oil change.
They have good service won't take care anywhere else so you're stuck with me haha
Second car I'm getting from this dealership, and everything always went very well. Isaiah was helpful and very pleasant. They have good offers and incentives.
My hubby and I love this service center. Whether I needed air in my tires in mid winter or something bigger, they stand by their work!

I was able to get my car in for service in a timely manner. The rotors were bad and it had not been a year since I originally had the brakes and rotors replaced so the warranty for them were covered. No cost for me. I was able to get a ride home on the day I brought the crossover in. The service representative told me the wait would be more than 3-4 hours. That was great and much appreciated to give me a ride home m.
Overall great experience! The truck I was interested in had sold when I stopped by to look at it, but they took note of what I wanted and within 3 days found exactly the truck I was looking for and had it brought in.

Having an oil change and tire rotation. I was received at once and the service was very throuough and completed without an extended time. Very happy with the service.
The oil change costs no more than anywhere else; and the trust I have in the service keeps me coming back. Sometimes a coupon is mailed to me as well! Don’t take chances anywhere else.
I did not get the chance to visit this dealer in person, I was attempting to purchase a beautiful used Avalon they had for sale. The sales experience was a little shakey, I had to do a lot of phone tag with my sales girl Leah and sales manager TJ. Both people were very friendly though.
